Organic ultrafiltration membrane according to the material, there are mainly four kinds of polysulfone, polyolefin, fluorine and PVC. The following are the characteristics of the four different ultrafiltration membranes.
Ultrafiltration membrane
1. Polysulfones such as polysulfone (PS), sulfonated polysulfone (SPS), polyethersulfone (PES), etc. With this material film, easy to form, film mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance is also better, is currently used more materials.
2. Polyolefins are mainly polypropylene (PP) and polyacrylonitrile (PAN). Similar to polysulfone, it has better mechanical and chemical properties. The nitrile group of PAN is a strongly polar gene, but PAN is not very hydrophilic, and another copolymer (such as vinyl acetate or methyl methacrylate) is usually introduced to increase the chain's flexibility and hydrophilicity, thus changing its processing properties.
3. Currently, fluorine materials are mainly used in polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEE). The ultrafiltration membrane of this material has excellent mechanical strength, high temperature resistance and chemical erosion resistance.
4. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) this material manufacturing ultrafiltration membrane has excellent mechanical strength and excellent chemical erosion performance, material sources are wide, stable, cost moderate, can produce a good ultrafiltration membrane, especially can be produced in the transmembrane pressure difference is very low, per unit membrane area water production is very high ultrafiltration membrane.
