As a good new drug packaging product, the preinfusion syringe is mainly composed of tube sleeve, push rod, piston and positioning ring. There are two main ways of prefilling and sealing syringes: casing plug and vacuum plug. Their respective characteristics are as follows:
Casing plug:
First, it is a well known method for pressing various types of rubber plugs or other elastic sealing plugs into a syringe.
Second, the production line is highly efficient.
Prefill the syringe
Careful evaluation is required for any materials or coatings with poor compressibility or sensitive surfaces.
Vacuum plug:
Firstly, it is an advanced press-stopper method, which has little adverse effect on the press-stopper of rubber plug or other elastic materials.
First, it will have little or no impact on the operation of the production line.
Third, the flexibility is very high, can be used in almost any product, any shape/material/coating of the rubber plug.
