Prefilling and sealing syringes are mainly used for packaging and storage of high-grade drugs and direct injection or surgical irrigation of ophthalmology, ear department and orthopedics.

Prefill the syringe

There are two types of pre-infusion syringes with and without injection needles.

1. The syringe with injection needle is embedded with a needle and is composed of a glass needle tube, a needle guard, a piston and a push rod;

2. There are cone type and spiral type without needle. Cone type is composed of glass needle tube, cone head helmet, piston and push rod. The screw type consists of a glass needle, a screw cap, a screw, a piston and a push rod.

Filling process of drugs:

Through the filling machine in the glass needle (with a cap) filling quantitative drugs, and the piston pressure or screw-in, the liquid sealed, and then add push rod, packaging;

Injection use:

Take out the pre-filling and sealing syringe supplied by pharmaceutical company, remove the package, and then inject directly. The injection method is the same as that of ordinary syringe.
